We invite you to participate in the 60th Northumberland Scottish Festival and Highland Games, scheduled for June 14th and 15th, 2024 at Port Hope Agricultural Park. The event will take place rain or shine.
New Vendors are welcome but before you apply, email us at northumberlandgamesconcessions@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate you.
Merchant Vendor Instructions

Review the 2024 Regulations before completing your application to understand your responsibilities as a vendor at the Northumberland Scottish Festival and Highland Games.

To book your site, you must submit a deposit of $100 or pay in full. Refer to the map below to select your site.

Only applications with the deposit or full payment will be accepted.

Balance must be paid in full by May 12th 2024 with no discount or refund available.

No refunds after April 30th 2024.

Please fill out each box individually, as we have been experiencing a loss of information when people use "auto-fill" to fill out the application.

Vendors, if you need, you can "Dry Camp" for free in the corral area overnight on Friday. There are showers in the toilets of the main building.
You will have to register with us to get your free spot, as they are limited.

Vendors can no longer park a vehicle behind their tent .

Free parking is available inside the park, along the area shown on the map below.

Between 6.00 am and 8.00 am Saturday, you may drive your vehicle to your assigned spot, unload, then move your vehicle to the assigned parking area, as soon as possible.

Please note that Hydro is not available, and we would advise bringing a generator if you need Hydro.

Water is not available.

Full payment or a $100.00 deposit must be paid with application to book your site.

When you fill out the application and pay the deposit, or in full, you may pick which site you would like. This is on a first come basis, and you can pick any site, regardless of what size it looks like on the map. Site 27 is reserved for large tents. We will mark off those sites already taken ( X )
