Welcome to the 62nd Northumberland Scottish Festival and Highland Games!  Join us on June 19th and 20th at the Agricultural Park in Port Hope where you can listen to pipe & drum bands, watch highland dancers and take in the heavy events athletes.

You can expect to see even more talented Highland Dancers at our event this year. We’re delighted to announce that in 2026 our Festival will host the Lakeshore Open Highland Dance Championships. Premier dancers across Canada and the United States can compete for this new Championship title.  Find out more here.

 

Once again, you’ll be able to attend our Friday and Saturday Ceilidhs free of charge!  On Friday you can dance along to The Fiddleheads while cheering on the athletes in the Stones of Strength competition.  Local favourite, Madman’s Window, is returning and will perform on Saturday night following the Highland Games closing ceremonies.   You can get all the details about the Ceilidhs here.

 

Our Festival is run completely by volunteers, and we rely solely on proceeds from ticket sales, grants, donations and sponsors to fund the event.
